I have known and worked with Eric Jacobus for almost 20 years now. He is a legend and an anomaly in the stunt world. He is a true martial arts practitioner, and he can do things that we only thought could be done with the help of wires or animation. However, Eric just needs a little time and he'll figure it out, train himself and he will become a living cartoon. He's smart, he's focused, he's unique, and his love for innovating and honoring martial arts both in film and in real life practice is rarely seen on his level. Thus, I am always a firm "Yes" when he calls up to see if I want to interview or partake in any project he has his hands in.
