Simple and Effective Fitness Strategy: Write the ABC's

When you're learning any art form, you begin with the basics: The ABCs

Overcomplication can lead to stagnation, overthinking, or overwhelm, and then we just give up.  For This concept of the ABCs has been a go-to concept for when I just want a simple workout or want to get a student out of their head and into a more adaptable range of motion. You can learn it in seconds, and you probably will never forget it. 

After being out on farms and off grid doing a lot of labor on unstable surfaces or with unruly animals, I am reminded of how important it is to be able to move in all directions and adapt to changes. 

This is the easiest way I know to do that.
